These terms govern your use of rightfinds.in and any order you place with RightFinds.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by RightFinds ("RightFinds", "we", "us"), 160 Naba Mahajati Road, Kolkata - 700028. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

3. Products and information

We describe our products using information from our suppliers and our own checks. We try to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but small differences in colour, size or packaging can occur. If you receive something that does not match its description, our Refund policy applies. Product information on this site is general and is not professional advice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. Where we show a crossed-out price, it is the product's printed maximum retail price (MRP). Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

You can pay online through our secure payment partners, or choose Cash on Delivery where it is offered. Cash on Delivery orders carry a fee of ₹30, shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not store your card details. Payment providers handle them under their own terms.

5. Orders and cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it to you. We may cancel an order, in whole or in part, if an item is out of stock, a price or description contains an obvious error, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. If you repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery parcels, we may accept only prepaid orders from you in future.

You can cancel or modify an order yourself from the Orders section of your account for up to 3 hours after placing it. After that, email us at support@rightfinds.in or call +91 70034 17664 with your order number. We will try to cancel or modify the order until it is fulfilled or shipped, but we cannot promise changes once it has been handed to the courier. We refund cancelled prepaid orders to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

8. Using the products

Please read and follow the instructions that come with each product. Use products only for their intended purpose. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse or by ignoring the instructions.

9. Reviews

Reviews must be genuine and based on your own experience of a product you bought. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to RightFinds or to its licensors and suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, using it for fraud, or placing orders with false details.

12. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as payment providers, couriers and the Shopify platform. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

14. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum or court that the law gives you.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
